Dmitry Kolchin was born on November 4, 1985. He holds two higher education degrees—in chemical technology and economics—and has completed an Executive MBA program as well as a specialized program at the London Business School.

Dmitry has extensive experience in managing large industrial assets and holding structures. Previously, he headed LLC "Group Orgsintez," PJSC "Khimprom," a number of enterprises within PJSC "Sibur Holding," LLC "Waterfall Pro," and others. Since October 2025, he has been the General Director of "Sveza-Les"—one of the world's largest producers of birch plywood and a major Russian manufacturer of aspen paper and cardboard, cardboard packaging, and specialty paper. The Group is vertically integrated, combining the full cycle—from raw material harvesting to the production of complex, world-unique products.
