Deputy Director of the Circular Economy Department for Industrial and Consumer Waste at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation
Born in Khabarovsk.
Holds three higher education degrees in Economics, Law, and Ecology.
From 2014 to 2021, worked at the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic (Minvostokrazvitiya Russia), overseeing special economic regimes: the Territories of Advanced Development (TAD/TOR), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV/SPV), and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF/SAR).
Since 2021, has been working at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia. Responsibilities include oversight of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR/ROP) system, the federal project "Circular Economy" (FEZ), the development of municipal solid waste (MSW/TKO) management infrastructure, and the regulation of waste belonging to hazard classes I and II.
