Vladimir Nikolaevich Druzhkov is a professional top manager of pulp and paper enterprises. He has considerable experience of successful work in management positions in major Russian and foreign companies.
Vladimir Druzhkov took over the management of KAMA in June 2020. Under his leadership, the company completed the construction of Russia's only coated paperboard production complex and successfully started production and shipment of commercial products to customers.
Today the company produces a wide range of in-demand import-substituting products for packaging of pharmaceuticals, food, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, as well as in-demand coated and super calendered paper. Almost 100% of components used in KAMA's import-substituting production process are Russian-made.
Today, the company is committed to expanding the range of import-substituting products, improving the efficiency of production processes and localizing the production of components at KAMA's industrial site.

KAMA Company (KAMA LLC) is Russia's only production complex focused on the production of import-substituting products - coated paperboard and light-coated paper. In 2022-2023, the company has mastered the production of a wide range of high-quality paperboards for different sectors of the economy (coated paperboards KAMA PHARMA, KAMA TOBACCO, KAMA PROJECT, KAMA BRIGHT, KAMA STRONG): materials for packaging food and confectionery products, pharmaceuticals, tobacco products, household chemicals, electronics and perfumes. KAMA also produces demanded light-coated, super calendered and offset papers (KAMA LWC, KAMA SC, KAMA OFFSET). KAMA products are distinguished by food certification according to international and Russian standards. In 2022, KAMA produced 221,000 tons of coated paperboard and 85,000 tons of lightweight and offset paper.
