Miron Tatsyun

President of the Union of timber manufacturers and exporters of Russia

President of the Union of Timber Manufacturers and Exporters of Russia, member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

Was born on June 28, 1955. Graduated from the Leningrad Forestry Academy in 1979, Doctor of Economics, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

He was the head of several commercial companies and government agencies. In 1996-1997 – the Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for forestry, pulp and paper and woodworking industries. In 1998 he was elected President of the Union of Timber Manufacturers and Exporters of Russia.

Tatsyun M.V. awarded the Order of Honor and the honorary title "Honored Worker of the Forest Industry of the Russian Federation", the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation, the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as other industry awards, has about 200 publications and inventions.
